Design a bakery space in the heart of a hospital. Create a welcoming, comforting space while integrating the strict requirements of a hospital into the aesthetic choices.
The first Boulangerie&cie branch was established at the MUHC, a new-generation hospital. Given its location, we wanted to create a playful and aesthetic space that would allow customers to forget where they were.
