Our mandate was to design the offices for Ches Special Risk and an adjacent co-working space. Given the limited budget, we opted for a simple and efficient layout.

The material palette is inspired by a range of textures. The concrete texture on the floor contrasts with the wooden wall slats, creating a clean and dynamic space.
